By using, accessing, or adding Nova, Naomi, Vivian, or Kristl (collectively "the bots"), operated by Seraphable and FoxHonk ("we", "us", "the developers"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

• Responses are generated and are not fact-checked and may be false. Do not rely upon these bots to make critical or important decisions

• You are responsible for the content you submit and any information the bot retains as a result
• You agree not to use the bots for illegal or otherwise malicious purposes

4. Availability & Modifications

• The bots may be updated, modified, limited, or discontinued at any time
• We reserve the right to restrict access at any time, locally or globally

The bots are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers disclaim all liability for any damages arising from the use or inability to use these bots.
